OK, we all know KB has his share of haters. KB is more has a good/bad habit of speaking his mind. Often he has falling outs with people, and the best one can do is be an anon poster to slander him. In a real battle on a chat board, you see the real person behind the post. Brad Shaw and KB have had lot's of piss matches, but the one thing you have to respect is that it's done by the actual person. Give Brad some credit he at least does it as himself. Shows he's a confident person. Earns points with the webmasters reading.
Let them battle and let the readers decide who got the best of who. But when people take shots as an anon, it's a sign of insecurity. Like they know they could never win the same battle as their real self, so they make up a new name, talk shit and make up lies, etc. When member based boards like this started I thought a big reason was to prevent the anon factor, maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway, no matter who hates KB or what the readers of these threads think, you have to give KB credit. He's one of the best with PR. Not too many people can speak infront of cameras and big live audiences. You almost need to be an actor/entertainer to do it with the best of them. I know, even RogerV got nervous on the Players Ball stage accepting an award, and RogerV is one of the best of the best with PR. Roger does give incredible interviews as well. Point being, KB can handle PR in a big way few people can. He's a natural with the media, winning over a crowd or even winning over a chat board thread, though he doesn't always win everyones vote.
The only reason I'm posting this is simple. The past year, when I meet newer webmasters who have never met KB, they say the worst things about him from what they read about him. So people do make up their minds on who they do business with based on what they read on a chat board. I'm sick of people not making up their own minds and listening to anons which is a low blow. Brad is one thing, but added with anons it can sway the court of public opinion.
