I would encourage anyone who starts an account with sex.com to work with their account manager...and like alex said 'tweak' things here and there...
I always recommend submitting a few sites...with a run of 50.00 on each or so...to see what sites take best to our traffic..
consideration on a lot of tangibles must be given as well....
payment systems in other countries, etc....
don't just list your site in random countries unless your site can handle payment conversions....
