I do not believe the government knew about 9/11. I believe some of the intelligence might have known something was going to happen, but terrorists make vague and empty threats daily, it would have been impossible to figure out what exactly was going to happen. No one expected that.

the Idea to Crash Commercial Airliners into Buildings and blame it on our enemies to get public support, Kill Usa Troops, Bomb citys and so on. It called the Northwood document.
