I'm a content provider myself so when I say I exclusive I mean 100% exclusive with no limitations in terms of media or timeframe. It's a direct transfer of the rights to the content.
The situation you're describing could result from:
1) The CP you dealt with sold you a 3- or 6- month exclusive (a lot of reputable CPs do that - for example, Zmasters). So it's a fair game - just check your license.
2) The CP got his content stolen and a "broker" is reselling it. I don't think this is very likely because it's much harder to steal exclusive content than regular zipped galleries hosted online.
3) The CP is trying to make a quick buck on the side hoping no one will notice.
I suggest you approach both the CP and the broker and compare versions. THEN post it here so we know who's to blame.
