On one hand, if you love this girl as well, don't think much about it. She was just overcome with emotion.
If you don't love her, then you'd better run for the hills. She'll be bringing in a suitcase of her stuff in the next week. After 3 weeks, she'll be moved in and ordering you to clean the house.
