GregB you may want to make your thumbs the same size - the tinkerbell mouse thingy should go as he doesn't want his surfers to think he'll accept galleries that make any changes to his surfers' settings. You may want to make a logo that is either wider so your thumbs come up - or place your thumbs around the logo (but make it more obvious that it's a logo or it will be considered a blind thumb) One more thing is that the 5 link backs to your site + a counter may be too much - try 3 + counter (but I'd honestly go with 2 + counter)
So to recap:
1) Resize the thumbs
2) Tinkerbell mouse thingy has to go
3) Either change the logo style or incorporate within thumbs (make obvious it's not a thumb or just don't put a link on it)
4) Put 2 or 3 linkbacks to your site/sponsor + counter (I'd go with 2-not too flashy links or banners + counter)
Also - make sure the main page of the site has no pop-ups, dialers or any funkadelic code to do anything funny because his script sees it and it not only gets rejected but may get the sponsor blacklisted.
