well, no exactly, but that's the new trend, if you design a site, it looks "too good" (whatever it means) and now everybody wants this "table" designs. Simple and straight to the point (and yet I made it look good just in case  )
Anyway, the content alone would cost much more than 1200, so no big deal, if you don't like that design, hire me again for another design ;)
