Canadians are being targeted by Acacia...several webmasters have received the Final Notice, and i believe that they can go into canada...it may be costly, or require a canadian law firm, but i believe they can and will.
Acacia has patents filed in europe..so that won't make you safe.
For issues of obscenity, patents, etc... the safest place would be countries that have very relaxed laws... sorry, don't know what countries those are....
