Hi Cluck,

If you could tell when and what campaign you bought then I can try to look it up in our log files.

We are running thousands of campaigns every month from pop-unders, banner campaigns, slide-in ads, etc.

One thing I see again and again is the design, copy and content on any banner or campaign page is KING.

Our traffic is real traffic. Displayed on real websites that are visited by real visitors. We audit our traffic all the time and I can assure you that we do find publishers using "funny" methods to display advertisements. These publishers are bound to have their accounts terminated very quickly. Unfortunately this is an ongoing game where publishers try to earn a few extra bucks using all the "well known" tricks that we all know too well. And more importantly know how to spot very quickly. Any traffic exchange, banner exchange, publisher network and the like have these problems and while I don't know what others are doing about it I can assure you that PerfectTraffic.com allocate resources 24/7/360 to find any irregularities.

When this is said then we have all the good publishers left and then it is a matter of having the best design.

We have collected thousands of banners and we know the CTR on each and every one. We are amazed how different CTR can be on such banners. Some extremely nice banners that cost a fortune to produce gets nothing while simple banners made in a rush sometimes receive very high CTR.

All this boils down to the traffic network you are using (and PerfectTraffic is a dam good choice), the creative (design, copy and content) and finally the general interest in the market where you target your advert. It?s still much easier to get the attention when you sell Viagra compared to Grand Pianos in the $25,000 range.

So my offer to you is to either contact us directly and express your concerns or let me know through this board the details and I will investigate and provide you with our findings.

Sincerely,
Allan
