its your european ideas that will never understand our concept of tipping
as waiters we hate waiting on euros for that exact reason

and remember if a waiter sells 2k a day in food and booze he must pay tax on 8% of that which comes out of his houlry wage
In Fl, Ny, Oh, Ca, (the states ive waited in) My hourly was LESS than 3.00 a hour
so where do u see the minimum wage in there especially afetr the government takes all of it for the taxes and ALL the waiters get was the tip
I remember getting check stubs with a NEGATIVE amount on them because my hoiurly didnt even match the % of tax i had to pay on SALES!
