Obviously there are basic copyright violation issues at play here. But if, somehow, he could get those pictures legally by buying licenses, then it would make for a very interesting site. It may even help educate men as to the mystery that is the power of the vagina.
People get turned on by lots of things, and webmasters don't always build sites that they are 'into'. I've met folks who run stocking sites who don't know the difference between stay ups and ff stockings. So I wouldn't jump to conclusions there, either.
All in all, an interesting site. I wonder how it does, despite the bad design.
