Have hot looking, confident, evil women recriut for you ... or at least bring one with you to break the ice & remove the idea from the potential models heads that you are just hitting on them or trying to get into their pants.
Hate to say it, but that one works!
I used to do web maintenace for a guy who was the ultimate model recruiter...I mean, he'd pay the girls, but he got women that should've been wayyy out of his league and he always did the best when I was with him as the "assistant" holding the camera crap, checking girls in, etc. Not that I'm any hot shit, but I'm attractive enough and "normal" enough where it gave him more credibility.... and, of course, I got several all-expense paid trips to South Beach out of it.
I learned lots of ways to recruit great talent so if you need more info, just let me know. Most of it is pretty straight forward and honest... things I'm sure many people do... but ya gotta be the one to take it one step further
