I started a little Morgan horse ranch this year. I bought a palomino colt for my stallion and another mare.
I could get 3000 to 7500 for a registered weanlings of color like palominos, buckskins . I figured it would be a good write off for land improvement and extra $$ towards college funds for the kids
I had my own book/comic/card/gift shop for 6 years.
I need to take the real estate exam. I always wanted to work in real estate. I am not in a hurry til my girls start college.
