ok, maybe it is mainstream but give international bucks a try. they have the highest dialer payouts and yes, they pay also for US. here are some sample rates:
germany $0.70
switzerland $1.00
uk $1.20
austria $1.00
US $0.20 and so on.
the special feature you can use is their smartcode. its a single line that you have to add within the head tag of your site and either the european or the major foreign traffic gets a popunder. so you wont loose your visitors. i am using them on my TGPs and they are converting like mad.
