There are numerous buyers out there and money is all relative...a business doing massive sales volume can likely dig up a $120+K from somewhere and not really miss it...takes money to make money.

Many webmasters mistakenly assume shorter is always better...often not true...depends on the domain.
Also, "cocksuckers.com", contrary to what many webmasters think, gets mostly (over 80% I'd estimate) straight traffic.
