This WTO decision from last year was upheld yesterday. It basically boils down to other countries, including Europe getting tired of US abuse of agreements/treaties "when it suits".

The ironical bit is the US Admin have made statements in response saying they are completely legal in their trade protectionist activites. As usual.. lying again! The whole point of the WTO decision is that the US is not legal!

This is yet another file that has been stuffed to the bottom of Bush's in tray - along with the "real US treasury report" and loads of other shit. Tis only a matter of time before it all comes on top.

Sad that all the negligence and mismanagement by this Admin will be paid by US folks who seem to be kept unaware.
