It still has to use the EOS lenses, so either way your going to be shelling out mad cash..

As most photographers will tell you, it's a decent camera, but if your going to buy all the nice lenses for it, buy a better body.

If you want a good all in one, that new sony SLR looks pretty sweet.

I wouldnt buy anything less than a 10D, they are only $1499 and dropping, if you cant afford that you shouldnt be buy an SLR camera in the first place, as many of the lenses are more than the 1499..

The 16-35 for example is like $1699.

Do you really want to buy a 1700 lens and put it on a 900 body?
