On a serious note tho the way the system could work is that they would buy daily access or buy megabytes like 250 megs transfer for 1 sms that was billed at $1. I think systems like these are already operational but only for England I think which totally blows as this would also be great for Scandinavian customers as we are the ones that SMS the most in the entire world.

That's a good idea... there are very poor and very rich people in Eastern Europe, no more middle class... mobile phones are spreading like wild fire and they have pcs also at work and at home. Funny but modem users are still charged by min in some countires while dsl is cheap.
