What has to be made clear to the judge is the way they are sending out the "Cease and Desist" letters. Blindly, to guys without video or audio or links to sites with it, to nicknames or wrong names, to false addresses, to people in countries where their patent is not legal and even people without websites.
That should impress Ware a lot.
