The US congress isn?t a court. And for the record he didn?t lie in court. He was given a specific definition of what sexual relations was (in that deposition)and that is how he answered the question. If you are ever deposed and in that deposition the court says ?for the purposes of this deposition the sky is red) that is how you answer the question. It doesn?t matter if it doesn?t make common sense or you disagree with it. The sky is red. It shocks me how many idiots still clamor about Clinton Lying Under oath even though he never did. I guess they think if they repeat it enough people will believe it.
