wmv is much better quality than mpeg, and the file size is smaller. The downside is that many dont understand what wmv is and you will have to put up a page explaining what to do if they member can't get wmv to work.
Also I have members with Mac computers who have no end of trouble, even when downloading the Windows Media Player for Mac.
