There's nothing like free and best ;)
There're several free scripts like autogallery, TGPdevil, X3 free script, etc.

But to ulitize max from your TGP i recommend to buy some script, if you're cheap go for TGPdevil (around 80$), if you got more money to spend, go for Comus Thumbs (around 400$) or TGP Brownie (around 750$).
