I really think its only the 16 year olds can truely enjoy hooters.
Its really toned down. Almost boring for kids my age. And the food is bad as well.
My cousin was a model for thier calendar back in 99 and 2000.
She even couldnt stand the food.
A 16 year old would really enjoy it.
