I get what you are saying because it feels great to make someone else feel great, so the inverse makes sense. I think maybe because it is not that difficult to get me off, I probably have a skewed perspective.
I faked it once. It was like maybe the third time I had intercourse with a guy and it hadn't occurred to me to go pee beforehand and I didn't feel comfortable yet making the moment weird by saying I had to go to the bathroom. Once I came back downstairs, I did it properly though, so I don't totally count that.
