I just moved into a decent size 2 bd rm condo on Sail Bay in Pacific Beach ... 1 step from the sand ... 2k per month.
Spectacular views, great location, bars, resturaunts, and all kinds of action just blocks away. Mission Beach is in walking distance right up Pacific Beach Drive
There are ALL KINDS of rentals down here! All the people that moved down for the summer have left, and there are a ton of "for rent" signs all over the place!
