very weak...that little "chick tract" style cartoon leaves out significant and important details on both sides (U.S. / U.S.S.R.) as to why the Soviets built nuclear missle facilities in Cuba.
Whoever created that cartoon didn't even get most important element of the agreement reached by Kennedy and Kruschev.
Truth in this case is crazier than fiction, but shows the Soviets as justified in their behavior.
