I got screwed while buying a script (that didn't do what it was supposed to do) and paid with my VISA through paypal ...
paypal told me to fuck off because it's an intangible good or something.
and the dude from my creditcard company told me the best thing i could do is to try to work it out with the seller (who obviously was ignoring me) as they couldn't take the money back.
Never did a chargeback before, so i don't know anything about it.
maybe in europe they have different rules about it, does somebody know ?
now i feel double screwed, once by the scammer and once by the CC company
