He was looking for a quick hit and media exposure, and instead hit the jackpot!
Seth expected Pam and Tommy's lawyers to contact him the day he sent out the press release and do some things to stop him from airing it on Club Love. In his opinion, and the opinion of his lawyers they fucked up somehow and HE said fuck it and released it on the site!
Then they fucked up further, and he ended up with what HE considered the right to release the video!!!
I don't have the EXACT details because I wasn't in the office with all the "laywer shit" going on ... but in a roundabout way - that's how it went down!
