At the risk of being told GFY, here goes:

I'm about to start filming my own content and am working on a couple pay sites. Looked in to a lot of the methods for traffic generation and I think I have a decent idea of some of the methods to use. What I'm looking for is a way to evaluate my site's success. For a good paysite with 15-20 a month subscription fee what should I expect to see in the following areas over time (1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year):

# of unique page views per day
conversion rate from page views to subscriptions
total number of subscriptions
