I have used them couple months ago, and it was difficult communicating with their people. Do a search and you will see they have a very checkered reputation and they always seem to be having some disfunctional problem.

XXX is owned by American and UK England guys, who seemed to have put together a real sharp crew.
We pay US$845 per month per designer and they have put us on the map.
My guys have a phone there with a usa phone number and we talk just like they were in an office right down the hall.
