I see the smaller webmasters falling out of the game. I have already picked up a few sites from people that have decided to drop out because they can't adhere to the new rules. Im incorporated in canada and the usa, paid the 750 to each of the three third party processors I use and have done what I can to lower my chargeback ratio.
I can't see how they can kill ach, dialers or 900 billing but who knows.
There is too much money to be made in the adult industry to let cc billing die off.
I can see a company filter the adult sales through a mainstream venture so visa/mc doesn't know where it is coming from. This will help eliminate tricking a surfer into joining to create a recurring member but at the same time will make the paysite owner provide a better product to the surfer and make them stay because of the content. Too many sites rely on the surfer not canceling to increase their member base instead of giving the surfer a reason to stay.
Bottom line is if there is a buck to be made.....someone will find a way to make it.
