I believe that Hustler was the first to make it clear in their agreement, and since then, Acacia has become better educated about their (absurd) tactics, and i believe they now will not target affiliates that use licensed sponsors.
Problem is that most affilaites have multiple sponsors, so commissions earned from a unlicense webmasters would go towards the Gross Revenue total for their licensing fees.
