I just got it, saw the fedex guy outside a gamestop, ran in, and got one of the last copies not reserved.
It really is worth it, hell I've spent an hour on the last mission, driving around waiting for the scanner to pickup crime...
The coolest part is, you can slow aim while driving, knock out windows, blow off tires (sparks fly from the hubs), and blow up the gas tanks. =)
