Maybe someone should point that out to Acacia who seems to have sent several Canadian webmasters the Final Notice.... while i don't believe Acacia attorneys understand technology and patents too well, I give them some credit to knowing how to execute their licensing strategy..and if they sent letters to Canadian webmasters, i can only assume they know what they are doing.
Still waiting on some canadian webmasters to check with the Canadian Patent Office about US patents applying to Canada.
Soon as I get the answer, i'll post it here.
