We all see that Shemp made a good move for himself and helped 2 other people doing it. So it's a great move from Shemp, no doubt.

But why do we have to tell Jenn how happy we are about the outcome when she caused a serious problem to someone else?

I'm happy for the guy that got the money. I'm happy that Shemp got a good deal and helped the guy get his money. I dont care that Jenn got off the hook, why should I?
