You're telling me that the US invaded Iraq to stop Saddam from torturing people? The same US administration that sent Arar, a Canadian citizen to Syria to be detained and tortured? Seriously.
If it was about the oil, they would've invaded Iraq with the US that way they would've guaranteed themselves some pretty good contracts.

So the US invaded and Saddam didn't use his nukes, that proves without a doubt that he's no threat. Heck at this rate he'd have gotten the noble price for refusing to use his WMD's against the invading forces.
