I'm currently with Scotia Bank. Been there for over 2 years. No complaints so far, except for the holds, but that seems standard across all banks.
The reason I'm looking for sponsors who pay in euros is because of the crappy exchange. I just started using International Bucks this week, and they gave me the option of US or Euros... I chose Euros and gained an extra $5

That will make a big difference when you get into bigger volumes.
