ARS doesn't drop it. If you sell the tour, you will be terminated as an ARS webmaster/s and ARS will take ownership of the tour.
This means, the person who buys the tour will own 1 sample and ARS will own another sample. So 2 versions of the tour/site will continue to operate...I think it works like this.
