Then you are doing something SERIOUSLY wrong with your newsletter. We put one out once a week, same day same time every week, and our customers look forward to it... We've only ever had ONE complaint, and it was from someone who had never bought anything but had subscribed and forgotten about it. We simply removed him from the list.
You should DEFINITELY work on that it can be a valuable resource, both for you and for your customers..
