Has any webmaster at all received official written notification from any company that has settled or been involved in litigation with Acacia that their personal info has been compromised, turned over under a court order, transmitted, etc?

It seems everyone is singing the same tune here, "Not us, must have been that company."

There is no way in hell Acacia is just doing WHOIS searches for thousands of webmasters. That's bullshit.

If they are buying lists from someone who hasn't settled or is involved in litigation, who is that?

So who exactly among us is feeding them their hit list info?
