The burden of proof rest on Matrix. Im not sure either way. Rich throws a ton of shit out there, but Im leaning towards his story. It does add up in my opinon.
I think Matirx needs to make an effort to find out exactly whats going on. Stop wasting your time screaming lawsuit and calling names. Get to the bottom of this... for your own sake.
