Gotta hand it to you, you are always coming up with compelling creative stuff....
This seems like a "high end" product that would appeal to somebody with some money to burn...
For what its worth, here are a few ideas from the Thanks Mr. Helpful Department:
-offer an upsell of burning the video onto CD or VHS and shipping it to the recipient in gift wrap.
-Offer an even "higher end" product where the model does either masturbation or more involved porn scenes wherein her focus is on the recipient... for example ramming a dildo in her and screaming out the recipient's name and saying she wishes she was with him, etc.
-Offer a free version that doesn't have any custom filming but instead uses custom flash text or some other scripted customization and then let people send it around to their buddies for free... This will create a viral distribution naturally targeted at people who get a kick out of this kind of thing... which will hopefully lead to upsells of the actual product.
