I have no idea if your database was used, but by your post it looks like you don't care what your own customers think or how your company might have damaged their business.
These are not just people attacking you, these are your customers. Do you understand that?
If your database was stolen, you may have cost people hundreds of thousands of dollars and you come here and slam them? Some of these people may go out of business because of the possible actions of someone at your company. Do you even care?
You should be doing nothing less than compiling information from your customers and filing a lawsuit against Acacia. Anything less than that and you're just making excuses.
Instead of threatening to sue Acacia, you are threatening to sue your own customers!
I almost never make serious posts on this board, but this is one of the most fucked up things I've seen here.
