IF they have your address already, why not play the mail game with them. Reply back by snail mail asking for clarification on an issue. Keep it to a single issue so you can repeat the process again and again.
This will be especially good if those who don't host video but got acacia mail do it. If enough do it, it will bust their staff.

Better yet, have an attorney send them a letter asking them explain how you are infringing, and that their generic template letter with the CNET article just doesn't say anything specific.
