The way I look at it is if you agree to a certain % (and in the beginning you may not have a choice because you are a "nobody") then you can't really bitch about it can you?
What do you do? You bust your ass to get your share, and when the time comes for renegotiations you try to get a better deal and if you're worth a shit they will give it to you..that's just the way it works in ALL BUSINESSES.
