As far as I'm concerned, unless you are hosting the movies on your box and not pointing to hosted galleries or submitted galleries, and are just running a TGP where it links to movies galleries, you didn't infringe on the Patent. I'm not infringing I know that, I'm using no TECHNOLOGY - besides fucking hyperlinking - that incompases transfering video from MY domain to the end-users computer!
So fuck'em! They ain't getting none of my money!
