Spikes lead trial attorney should address this during the hearings so as to show character of the plaintiffs *if* they did such a thing.
Its not unheard of at all for the judge to demand to know the source of such things.
All 3 points involve breaking a criminal statute and would weigh heavily on the case and validity of acacia's truthfulness.
