Guess what, art is flat, and so is your screen... and making a 3D image look flat creates a dynamic interplay that is really pleasing to look at...
It looks flat because of the flat pastel colours you've used.
The primary colour scheme lacks the excitement fucking a playboy model on a yacht should convey. Even the loafer and pastel wearing golfers it's targetted at can use a little splash of colour when pussy is involved and just because your screen is flat doesn't mean the imagery on it has to be.

The image of neriah you've used isn't that great compared to the others.

the position of the bently is frustrating, the visual weight of the page is lopsided and it's showing enough to distract from the rest of the design, but not enough of itself to be of gratification.
Given the \/\ line used to balance and direct the eye goes as much to the bentley as it does to the start button this is innapropriate. And is shown by the size, contrast and bolding that the "start" area has had to endure to help compensate it. Although the effort to do so is well noted.

The bentley bleeds to the bottom of the page without as much care as it needed - just truncated in the middle of a black front bumper - though effort has been made to line the highlights from the top of the bumper up with the bottom of the screen it's out of proportion with the black space left by the same element on the left and doesn't give the proper form of the car.

Given that the focal point of the page is neriah's face the fact that the word neriah is almost body colour and flat could almost be forgiven. Almost.

The playboy logo SHOULD have been used. Never overestimate the surfer. Without it she could just be eyecandy for a rich boy's toy's expo.

I am in two minds of the "bling" aspect. It's not contemporary and fairly muted which can either be good or bad depending on the tastes of the surfers.

Many problems with this design could be resolved by increasing the canvas area to that of the other designs and focussing a lot more on imagery of neriah, so that the playboy toys are still integrated, but the surfer doesn't feel like he's busting a nut over a yacht instead of a girl implied on a yacht.
It's hard trying to do as much with less. Also as noted sales copy wouldn't go astray either.

The design isn't technically bad at all, but it also lacks the finishing and refinement that could have been used instead of just relying on the imagery of rich things to convey it.
