they wanted me to pay them a -$4.86 amount on the account before unblocking our account, and the account was blocked so couldnt fund easily and only excepted a cheque payment.. (ONLY FROM THE US!!) im not in the US, then a month later threatend legal action LOL!!
Solution.. Fucking got truste.org to close the account which in turn allowed me to open a new one
