Guy jacks an Infinity is being chased he then jacks a Rav 4, chase continues, comes across a Tribal Officer, takes his car at gun point, and then steals a canine unit with the dog still in the car...kills the dog chase is still on and then either he took his own life or cops killed him...story is kinda confusing at this point...LOL
